MoveRep is a new service for tenants and landlords. Until MoveRep SRL is registered, this waitlist is run by David Florea, Satu Mare, Romania. Contact: hello@moverep.com.

What we collect when you join the waitlist

• Your email address
• Whether you're a tenant, a landlord or both
• Your country, if our hosting provider can tell it from your connection
• Which link brought you to our site, such as our TikTok or Instagram profile, if the link was tagged or your browser passed it on
• The date and time you confirmed your email

Why

To email you when MoveRep opens and send occasional news about the launch. We also count which links bring people to the waitlist, so we know which of our channels work. We don't use your details for anything else, and we never sell them or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Legal basis

Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you confirm your email. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to hello@moverep.com.

Who helps us

• Brevo (France) stores the waitlist and sends our emails.
• Cloudflare hosts the website and may log technical data, such as your IP address, to keep it secure. Cloudflare is based in the US; transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If MoveRep doesn't launch, we delete the list.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or get a copy. Email hello@moverep.com. You can also complain to Romania's data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies, and our pages don't store anything on your device.

We'll update this notice when MoveRep launches. The date at the top shows the latest version.
